Sierra de Aracena Natural Park (The land of the ibérico ham)

The woody hills of Sierra de Aracena make a fantastic refuge for the wildlife, so that, the area was declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. This Park has lots of lovely typical white towns and villages with old paths between them that have been preserved as a heritage and used for leisure today. From Castaño del Robledo, our start point, our walk goes across orchards, springs, oak woods, black pig farms, streams and the charming towns of Alajar and Linares de la Sierra.

Sierra de Aracena Natural Park is one of the best places to walk in Spain.
